We have worked with PLM Architect on two projects and we have been very happy with both experiences. In our first project, Patti helped plan and design a major renovation to our 110+ year old home, encompassing a complete redesign of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, the addition of 2 dormers to convert the 3rd floor attic rooms to two fully functional bedrooms, and converting a 3 season room to an all season/multi workstation office. As part of this project , we also fully gutted the 3rd floor, sprayed foam insulation and installed a 3 zone AC. The insulation efforts reduced air leakage by 60% for the whole house, and we were able to create 2 comfortable rooms on the 3rd floor, where regulating temperature had previously been very difficult. Combining the charm of a old house with the convenience of a new home with modern design is a strength for Patti. In the second project, she helped us plan and design a kitchen and bathroom and shore up the basement support for a small craftsman at the beach. For both jobs, she was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible and patient. She listened carefully to our ideas and worked with us to incorporate them into our plans. She understood her role well and helped us think of details upfront that enabled us to control costs. Through the entire process she offered very sound advice and was knowledgeable on code issues, old home construction quirks and budget implications. In both projects, when great ideas (or cost based tweaks) came to us late in the planning phase, Patti was very flexible and receptive to changes. She was also extremely collaborative with our contractors and very responsive to any issues that surfaced during construction. It was a pleasure working with Patti and we highly recommend her for projects of both large and small scale.

I used PLM Architects when I was going to put an extension on my building for my business. They did such a Great Job that I hired them to design the extension i put on my house. They are easy to deal with and always responded to my emails and any changes I wanted along the way.
I think the thing that I liked the most was when I handed in the Architects plans to the township they said that the Architect did a Great Job and was very thorough. That saved me so much time, money and frustration.
During the construction of my projects, when I had to alter anything PLM Architects were very easy to get hold of and make the changes I needed. I would very highly recommend them
